Yesterday’s Blessing of the Animals may have been one of the best ever! A wide variety of pets including two exotic lizards, three little goats, seven foster kittens, a cockatoo, and a multitude of dogs of every size, shape, color, and for length! If you took photos, we want them! Please let Mary know in a message or email to [email protected]. These blessed little kittens were completely tuckered out by their big day!
Hey. I’m Ollie. I’m gonna get blessed tomorrow! Officially, anyway. I know I’m already blessed because I’m an AFRP foster kitten and they’re gonna find me the perfect forever home! 🐾 Come meet me and my brothers and sisters!🐱❤️ 2-4 pm.
Here is one of the songs we’ll be singing Sunday afternoon on the labyrinth during the Blessing of the Animals service. This video provides the lyrics as well as all these beautiful creatures/critters, and the accompaniment is by Celtic Thunder. (You’ll notice they sing “creatures,” and our version sings “critters,” but the tune is the same—and you might even pick up some harmonies with this recording.) Who remembers singing this with their kids? Or with their parents? 🎶🐾🐕🧡🐈🐾🎶 https://youtu.be/vfo34RwBlyg Diane Goyette
Hope you and your furry friends will join us!
Have you visited the CCMP website? It’s like a giant bulletin board of everything that’s going on at the church. Check it out! www.ccmp.org
Who’s coming to the October 7, 2018 blessing? Send us your pics in a Facebook message and we’ll post them here. 🐩🐈🐐🐇🐕🐾

Our church Sanctuary is a swallow sanctuary as well!
Thank you to everyone who chipped in to make this happen!
